The human eye is mainly used for capturing light and relaying this information to the brain. To do so, it has several parts:
The iris, which controls the amount of light entering the eye.
The pupil, which captures the light.
The cornea focuses the light that comes in through the lens.
Eye accommodation is when the eye muscles move in order to be able to focus light from both near and far distances.
